Important statements
- Even if an upload system temporarily accepts the file, non-compliant photos may still be rejected later and require resubmission
- We will do our best to ensure compliance with known official standards, but online systems and policies can change
- Rejection due to policy changes or application materials is not considered an image quality issue
- We do not produce any ID photos that clearly violate official requirements
In special cases, we can reshoot free of charge and provide a full refund, but we do not assume any other liability.
